Children’s Ministry

Nursery & Toddlers: 4 months – 2 yrs.

Each nursery class is structured to create an environment in which your child receives instruction and constant encouragement. Our mission is to provide a safe and caring environment for young children where they can learn that Jesus loves them. Childcare classes are available at all scheduled services.

Promiseland: 3-5 yrs

Our goal is that Promiseland would be the best hour-and-a-half in each child’s week! With that in mind, the hour is broken into four segments:

• Activity Station, where kids are invited to join in a wide variety of activities.
• Kids’ Connection, where kids connect with their small group leader, and pepare for the day’s lesson.
• Large Group Program, where great creativity is unleashed through music, drama, videos and fun teaching to present the day’s Bible lesson and begin the discovery of life application.
• Small Group Time, where the group gathers together to discuss how to apply the day’s lesson to real life situations through games and conversation.

We believe that kids should have fun while learning, so we create dramas, songs and activities that result in Bible lessons that are age-appropriate, interactive and relevant to children today. You and your child are invited to visit Promiseland during any weekend service, and experience our commitment to working with every family in laying a strong spiritual foundation that children can build their lives upon.

Green Light: 1st – 4th Grade

Green Light is designed by our Children’s Ministry Team and is packed with all of the things kids love: awesome worship, fun video segments, friendly team competitions, and small group discussions. We provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where kids feel comfortable spending time with God and learning what it means to follow Him!

AREA 56: 5th – 6th grade

Our goal is to bridge the gap between Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry by offering specifically designed programs that meet the distinctive needs of preteens. We use exciting worship, awesome teaching, energetic small group discussions, skits, games and hang-time to connect with the kids in 5th and 6th grade. Helping them discover who Jesus is and what that means to them is what AREA 56 is all about!

Join us Sunday Mornings at 10:45 a.m. in Room 211 for an exciting time of worship, team competitions, and small group discussions!

Epic: 7th – 12th grade

Epic is  meets on Thursday nights at 7 pm here at ECF in the Gym. Great worship, dynamic speakers, games, fellowship and food! Bring your friends! For more information contact epic@ecf.org.
