Core Values
Love
Christianity isn’t about us or what we can do for God. It begins with the profound reality that God first loved us. We now live in humble gratitude, sharing His love with a broken world. Matthew 22:37- 40; John 13:34
Culture
We must think and live as missionaries in a foreign culture. We will actively seek out opportunities to tell the story about Jesus using relevant images of the culture to help people understand the Gospel. Every effort will be made to create services and other events that are designed to reach people far from God. Matt. 9:10-13; 28:18-20; Lk 15; Acts 1:8
Growth
Spiritual growth is expected. The daily habits of bible reading, journaling and prayer must become the foundation for our relationship with God. Jn 15:1-8; Eph 4:14-16; I Pe 2:1-2; 2 Pe 1:1-10
Honesty
Christianity is about relationships. Relationships are centered on trust. Trust is about honesty. These attributes are at the heart of Christianity and form the core of our community.
